RV PARK/CAMPGROUND COMPARABLE SALES
Comparable sales information is critical to
any appraisal. In our 30+ years of brokering RV parks and
campgrounds, we've gathered sales information on hundreds of
parks. Many were sold by our firm, others were sold directly by
the owner or by other brokers.
Included in the information we provide is the park name and location,
sales price and date, gross income, seller and buyer and basic
information on the property and amenities. (See the following
sample comparable sale that illustrates the type of information you receive
when you order comparable sales from us. Obviously, in the
interests of confidentiality, some of the blanks are not filled in.)
