Darrell's
professional career began
when he graduated from
Florida Southern College
with a Bachelor of Science
degree in
Marketing/Management and
opened three clothing
stores.
During this time,
Darrell obtained his
Florida real estate license
and began practicing in the
traditional residential
real estate market. He then changed
to commercial and became a Business Broker.
In
1982, he sold his first
campground business.
In 1983, he quit
practicing other types of
real estate, and other business brokerage, to specialize
only in the sale of RV
parks and campground businesses.
He obtained his
North Carolina broker’s
license and established a
campground brokerage office
in North Carolina which is central to most of the east coast
states.
